S1100QL is a high-strength low-alloy steel with minimum yield strength of 1100 MPa and manufactured in accordance with EN 10025-6 specifications. Its chemical composition consists of carbon (max 0.25%), manganese (1.60%), silicon (max 0.50%), phosphorus (max 0.015%), sulfur (max 0.005%), boron (max 0.005%), chromium (0.80%), molybdenum (0.70%), niobium (0.04%), nickel (3.00%), titanium (max 0.025%), and vanadium (0.08%). Its mechanical properties encompass tensile strength ranging from 1250–1550 MPa with elongation of 10%, showing superior formability and toughness.
