Alloy Steel P11 Pipes mainly contain chromium (0.5-0.65%), molybdenum (0.45-0.6%), and carbon (0.05-0.15%) combined with manganese, phosphorus, and sulfur in controlled proportions. These elements add strength, toughness, and resistance to high temperature. Mechanically, P11 pipes have high tensile strength (at least 415 MPa) and yield strength (at least 275 MPa), as well as good elongation (at least 22%). Their strong construction enables them to bear high pressure and thermal stress, and therefore they are well adapted for hard industrial conditions.
